Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Well that was crap yesterday.

Watched it from my sick bed and it made me feel worse.

Went to bed with a raging temperature but feeling freezing.

Woke up an hour later bathed in sweat ( sorry for the mental image guys ) but with a normal temperature.

Today just a headache and listless, weird.

Might get up soon and play one of my Talking Heads records to sum up Everton ...yeah we are "On the road to nowhere"

Have a lovely day everyone
It sounds like a bug that my son and granddaughter have had - hope you’re feeling better soon

Evening everyone, can’t say anything about yesterday and I’m feeling quite emotionless about Everton today- I think I’ve just been worn down.
I’ve had a lazy day today so not much to report except my car battery warning light has come on so I’m under instruction to take it for a long run tomorrow.
Good luck as it usually means the battery is not charging ,I think if you go to a battery place they will check it to see if it is on the way out free of charge . It could be the alternator . So my advice is that long run should be in circles close to the house or local garage as the battery is running off what is left and could give up the ghost anytime ,Do you have access to another to put in the boot in case I am correct ?

Good morning all my ire has dissipated a little but my disgust lives on .I hope all are well and had a good night . Off to the shops for vittles this morning ,I used the snow blower for it's first full run yesterday and it was so much easier to clear the road ,I found that the fifth gear was a waste on money for me as I couldn't keep up ! The old one never cam out of second as the engine would labour but this just keeps on going .
Have a great day all COYB
No sign of @Terrarian ,I hope he is fine and his headaches are manageable and that little miss Daisy is well .

One of the best comedies to ever have been written ,you have seen cheers I hope . We watched the film you suggested and it was thought provoking ,what would you do ? I know what orange face would .
The film is extremely thought provoking. One of the scariest films I have seen in a while in the non horror sense.

I love Cheers as well, very early childhood memories of my babysitter watching it 😀

Hope you are feeling better today jazzy.

Re ‘road to nowhere’, at least the worries of our road leading to the Championship are over

Reading that it occurred to me that most of us on here will likely never use a snow blower. A leaf blower yeah but not snow. It’s like a different world.
