Well I waited a few hours to calm down but what the heck happened ? I am lost for words that I can type on here .
Hi folks. What can I say? That was awful. Three of the most shockingly bad penalties I have ever seen. We are desperately missing Ndyaie ( apologies for spelling) and KDH. There was just no pace in that team at all.
On the positive side,I jad a lovely day with Chris and the stadium steak pies are pretty good

Didn’t even look like getting a result. Thats the season over but am positive in that we aren’t in a relegation battle. It’s been hard to deal with that mentally with it being a constant cloud.
This evening is a Frasier night. A binge watch of comedy good. Deliveroo, fire lit and a lovely evening. Everton running through my head as a background hum as always though.
One of the best comedies to ever have been written ,you have seen cheers I hope . We watched the film you suggested and it was thought provoking ,what would you do ? I know what orange face would .

Morning all , we’re currently being battered by high winds, didn’t see that coming. Friday night I watched an epic FA cup clash which ended in penalties where Wrexham beat Forest 4-3on pens after 3-3 at full time. Could have gone either way , won by a great goalkeeping save. Yesterday I watched Everton, dismal by comparison in all areas not least those penalties. I guess our season is effectively over .
Well that was crap yesterday.
Watched it from my sick bed and it made me feel worse.
Went to bed with a raging temperature but feeling freezing.
Woke up an hour later bathed in sweat ( sorry for the mental image guys ) but with a normal temperature.
Today just a headache and listless, weird.
Might get up soon and play one of my Talking Heads records to sum up Everton ...yeah we are "On the road to nowhere"

Hello everybody. I have finally thawed out from yesterday but we do have quite a bit of snow today so the proposed trip to Newcastle has been cancelled.
I managed to lose the very drunk Sunderland fans at Manchester Victoria- they all seemed to be booked on an earlier train than me. I drowned my disappointment with a Greggs and a giant latte at said station - all I ate yesterday were baked savoury items!
Chris and I were going to have some tea in town but by the time we got back to the centre after extra time and penalties it was almost time for his train home. So a couple of quick drinks in The Ship and Mitre was all we managed.
I walked 19,600 steps yesterday- most at speed while trying to keep up with my 6ft 5in son's giant strides!

Back in the hospital I had quite a lot of blood in my urine, it is common with the surgery I had
But I had more than normal, so they have put a catheter in kept me overnight, and I can go home when it’s back to normal, but I’m on the mend
