Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Wow , that's a weird stick to beat Moyes with.

Brings back Harrison back because we are short of numbers - correct decision.
Hopes that numbers will be back up by the end of the month so he can send him back to continue his development - correct decision.
However if Harrison plays well might keep him - correct decision.
Wants his old club to be promoted - understandable.

There's no conflict of interest here. Moyes has been transparent.

As I say , strange stick to beat him with. Lack of a RB , yes .
Sometimes overly negative tactics , yes.

The progress under Moyes in undeniable.

How far he can take us is the far more important question.

For now he is the perfect fit.

Next season? Depends on the budget and ambition of the club but as Wham fans are finding out , be careful what you wish for.
Did you hear the presser ? The first thing he said was that he wanted Preston to have him so they may possibly be promoted .I don't want the manager of the team I support to be considering helping another team ,it might have escaped your reasoning but we were short of players last week 11 fit first team players ,so how many do you expect him to bring in to sway that shortage . I think he might very well have seen Charlie's shortcomings and not fancy him again in the near future which would leave the squad another man short .

Winter football really isn’t for everyone.

Keep meaning to ask you but forget, have you seen much of Braiden Graham. I was reading someone saying that Everton are unsure of his best position but are accepting that he isn’t a 9 despite his goals.
Yeah been watching Braiden Graham progress through the u18s to the U21s , scoring goals regularly . Hes a very talented player , the best of our 2nd year Scholars . I wrote this in response to another post :” He’s not not a striker though , he would never be on the bench with the view to replacing Barry/Beto and lead the forward line as a lone striker like they do “ . He will hopefully fill out a bit more , and will likely play as a 10 or 2nd striker alongside a bigger. No9 . He often plays with 11 on his shirt and out wide on the left, cutting in, or getting into the box to score but he doesn’t appear to have the out and out pace to operate on the wing .The kind of goalscoring talent you’d hope we can find a spot for if he continues to develop.

Two questions for you Jazz. Wham have fans? And what have they been wishing for?:)

Morning everyone. Still can't shake off this bloody cold. It keeps re-inventing itself. The heating going off over new year didn't help but all fixed now. That's the problem with these early high tech systems. They keep going wrong.

Pretty much sorted for my Liverpool trip now and looks like I won't have a great deal of downtime this trip. Which is not great news for the old liver.

Hope you all have a great weekend. Another Everton 3 points could push us into the European spots.💙
Hope you feel better soon otherwise I’ll be over to try some of these remedies. Obviously goose grease is out so I’ll try vegetable fat instead,😂

Morning all, even more snow overnight for us , white-out conditions at the moment. But tree, decorations etc all back in the loft so we’re just chilling , sitting it out and not going anywhere. Hope the match is still on today and we get a good result 🤞

Edit : It now seems I’m walking to Tesco for essential supplies …..”I’m just going outside, I may be some time “ …

I hope you feel better soon. At the risk of sounding like an old nag, have you seen a doctor? If it has lasted this long you might need antibiotics.
I'm sorry if I left the impression that I'm really struggling with this cold as that wasn't the intention. Just a few sniffles and ocassional tickly cough. Really I'm just lamenting the fact that, for the younger me, these things would have fully cleared in a week or two but these days they linger much longer. Just getting old I guess.:)
