What? Give him a chance? Some never give anyone a chance even though they don't have a clue what they are talking about, just the same clueless drivel based on nothing.

Try telling that to my Mrs!
Bought her a tin opener for her birthday about 8 years ago - only drags it up about 4 times a year , every year since!
In fairness mate, you deserve everything you have got from her. Had I done that to my missus, she would be wearing my family jewels on a necklace!

He gets a chance from me just like Allardyce and Lee got, but like that time my initial standpoint is one of scepticism. I'm going to sit here with my arms folded and a grumpy face until he makes me change my mind or confirms my suspicion. ;)

To be fair though, it also came with a free 3-in-1 Edge knife the ungrateful cow

Boa Morte with 41 years, probably score more than Niasse and Sandro.
Put him as Assistant Coach and striker at the same time.
C'Mon Luís

If he comes, I'm donating all of my EFC stuff or burning it. He was mediocre as a player, so what relevance does he have now in any coaching capacity? I'd understand him going to Fulham.... but US?!?

The list is endless of mediocre players making very good world class coaches and managers!

Not that worried about this - apart from his turd antics when we played Fulham years ago.

McClaren, Quieroz, Brian Kidd and Phelan were United assistant managers when they won the league and none of them, with the exception of Stevie Mc did much as managers. Zola and Paul Clements at Chelsea when they were successful.

It’s a unique role and surly if Silva wants him then it’s a good thing.

Two league titles in Germany, Dortmund haven't won one since he left.

I hate the beaut as much as anyone but the days of telling yourself and reds that's he not a good manager are gone.

He’s a very good manager, it’ll be great when he leaves though as they’ll be completely gash again.

Just been harshly docked 20pts for calling out a stray Red. I saw Boa Morte score for Arsenal at Deepdale in 1999. If he can do it on a cold January night in Preston, I’m in. He bitched and moaned at all and sundry that match, which appears to be the true hallmark of a winner.

Ah, this would be the old "Coleman/Jagielka/Baines/Rooney/Sigurdsson/Howard (delete where appropriate) doesn't talk to the ref enough" chestnut would it?
Oh Yes, that’s it.
Plus we get up too quick, look at Schneiderlin last season, if he’d rolled about a bit more with those stud marks up his thigh, that player would of gone.
You get no advantage from being fair, Gentlemanly conduct went out with Premier League and gets no points.
