You'd think the manager since he's part of his coaching team. When a manager is sacked most of the team go with him too. DOF would be responsible for the more permanent departments like the scouts etc.

Given that Silva is a very 'hands on' type of coach, you would certainly think it would be someone he knows or knows of by reputation, Boa is another Portugese after all, so there is probably some connection somewhere previously.
