Consecutive Bundesligas. Or is that not enough?

Not really is it?

Game set and match.

Well it isnt is it?

So Klopp also got a team relegated Mainz and almost Dortmund + lost finals.

Silva won
2nd division with Estoril when totally unfancied. Also won manager of the year there.

Cup with Sporting and league with Olympiakos.

But was relegated with a terrible Hull side.

So im not sure how one is a winner and the other isnt lol

Marco work in 2014/2015 in Sporting, and Boa Morte was the Manager of the sub 19 team... They know each other very well. This is Marco decision..

Boa Morte will sign for 2 years, the same time that remains in Marco Silva contract.
Plenty of mediocre players were good coaches

Wenger and Mourinho for instance
Yeah, Alex Ferguson won the ballon d'or four times.

That was the point i made which was disagreed with and suddenly Klopp was referenced lol

Doesnt matter how good a player is if he cant coach...random players can become top coaches.

Yeah I think Klopp was hardly an amazing player

And being a great player doesn't guarantee you'll be a great coach/manager either

I have no idea how Boa Morte will do, but to just say "He wasn't much as a player so he can't possibly be a good coach" is kind of ridiculous

Yeah it usually means the opposite more often than not. A lot of great players turned managers/coaches can't get their head around the fact that their playing staff can not do what they did on the pitch.

Off Topic
Don't understand why everybody is getting so worked up over a member of the manager's coaching team.

Can I just remind everyone that not so long ago Sammy Lee was our assistant manager. Sammy 'kin Lee.lol

He wasn’t welcomed with open arms mate tbh.
