January Transfer Window 2026

Arsenal are greatly placed in all 4 comps and have a great chance of winning something for the first time in ages.

The notion that they would let an important squad player go out on loan is absurd.

I suppose a crazy offer to buy him might tempt them if they want to cash in and bring in a younger replacement but I doubt it.

My argument exactly. We need to identify a young coach who plays front foot high intensity football who also likes developing youth players as that's our best chance of progressing as a football club. I think as a fanbase we could get behind that even if results are inconsistent at first because we can see a tangible plan for progression. At the moment we're just making up the numbers and showing no ambition or forward thinking beyond getting 40 points and premier league survival. I think we should be aiming higher than that
How about the Brighton manager?

Season in the toilet? We're 3 points off of sixth lol you love being hyperbolic

Its a fine line between europe and nothing.

Yet weve had winnable games and weve thrown points away.

We now have Villa, then 7 games where we will need a huge points total. As mid march onwards looks tough.

Let Moyes go in May.
Give Iraola the keys.

Simple this football lark.

He's good on the ball, but he isn't a proper overlapping full back with quality delivery. He's the sort of full back that Arteta likes who's like an extra centre back but with quality on the ball, it isn't what we need at all.
He absolutely is. He’s not Leighton Baines but his link up play and crossing are very good. He overlapped all the time at Arsenal whenever I watched them. I think you need to manage your expectations if you think we can get someone better than him.
