I find it strange that nobody else heard it.
When you're at a crowded noisy bar, you and the bar tender understand each other but others to the side don't?
In all honesty, only them two know what's gone on. But less than an month after Brewster stating referees did nothing about racism, when flagged up, I'm shocked (I'm not) that RS fans are claiming he's pulled the 'race card'

martin samuel isnt just having a go at the push mate he wants holgate done for attempted murder as firmino could have died he reckons

Yeah thats just pathetic but as I said earlier, the more sensational the story, it detracts from the seriousness if racism.

Although I think it was a red, I have seen a few potential career ending challenges the last couple of months.

I wounder if he was this wound up when poor Coleman was on the end of one of the worst tackles in many a year?

Holgate should definitely have been carded. Not a red though. Looks worse because he went over the hoardings but that push anywhere else on the pitch is just a yellow. Not Holgates fault the hoardings are that close to the edge of the pitch.
If it had been in the penalty area he'd would hit the deck immediately.

Is he trying to rob his boot there?
Is that Contract Dave on the left there !!!

A horrible bugger.

That season we were doing so well under a Bobby, he wrote several articles decrying our performances as bogus because of the loanees we were using at the time.

(all of whom eventually signed permanently BTW)

He supports whu, enough said?

Mate this is the RS we're talking about, they have absolutely zero shame and could find an insult in a bouquet of roses. They'll have learned lessons from the Suarez case so they'll wait until the last possible moment to make sure that no new incriminating evidence against Firmino comes out then they will back him to the hilt. That's before they give the order to their media payroll to give Everton and Holgate both barrels..

Sadly this is true and the "big" clubs get away with murder it's not even sly anymore it's blatant

No they don't "get away with murder"

The Rat served lengthy bans for both biting the Chelsea fellow and racially abusing Evra.

John Terry received one for the Anton Ferdinand.

If any evidence exists to substantiate Mason's claim then rest assured, the F.A. will chuck the book at Firmino.

The rat got a ban because he bit someone for no reason on camera... he also done the same at Ajax and there was no way to not ban him he was indefendable.

So you don't think that big clubs don't get treated differently to smaller ones?

The amount of pens that aren't given , the amount of goals that shouldn't but are? The amount of time added on if they're losing , cantona wasn't even banned by the FA for kicking a fan... the club banned him, clattenburg apparently telling Moyes "you don't give pens against Liverpool in the last minute"? The big clubs only get punished if there is no other option any small chance to avoid punishing them and they take it.

Madley is a snake. Corrupted snake.

I want to see Holgates report to FA from word to word. When he will get banned I want him to spill the beans in puplic or Kopites will be the winners of this too.

He got an 8 game suspension for racism as well, have you forgotten the entire Evra incident ?

Terry also got banned for his comments to Anton Ferdinand.

Please stop with this 'dey get away wiv it cos dey r a big club' nonsense. Literally ALL the evidence points to them not getting away with racism.

As for the rest of your post it's all a bit strawman tbh, you need to back it up with stats that they are favoured more. I think it's a bit rich going on about them getting more penalties when we've had the most penalties awarded in the league this year (including some proper spawny ones) and the two biggest clubs (United and Liverpool) are near the bottom of the table.

In my experience no one can ever back up their claims about favourtism with statistics so im inclined to believe it's just irrational/emotional football fans doing what they do best... be paranoid. Literally every clubs fans think they are persecuted by the FA, this should tell you something !

It's also nearly always the big clubs managers who get banned from sidelines, this will partly be down to personality but its yet more evidence that if you're a gosh*te you get punished regardless of which club you represent.

cantona wasn't even banned by the FA for kicking a fan... the club banned him,

at the request of the FA... forgot that bit didn't you :p

There are rules for most clubs, then there are rules for Liverpool FC. Stop defending them where big decisions are concerned and even worse, penalties! They are by far the most favoured team when it comes to penalties. I thought the theory was that the best teams attack the most, so that's why they get given the most penalties? Well why do a side that's never won the league in almost 30 years get given the most then?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...s-Milner-took-SEVENTH-Premier-League-era.html

"Reds have been awarded 30 per cent of all Premier League penalties at United"

"It was the seventh Liverpool had been awarded at Old Trafford in the Premier League, five more than any other team."

Not Arsenal, not Chelsea, not City?

https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foo...-United-and-Arsenal-in-Premier-League-history

"However, this latest stat may surprise you. Liverpool have been awarded the most penalties in Premier League history. They have been handed 118 penalties- more than bitter rivals Manchester United (110) and Arsenal (115)."

That was in 2013, may have changed since, but they still hadn't won the league for years and years then either. Hopefully with an issue as serious as racism, they will be dealt with equally, like any club, and we will get a fair outcome that fits whatever happened on Friday night.

Bit of a poor argument that given they have been one of the top sides in the league nearly all that time. Or are you saying only the league winners get given lots of penalties ?

So they have 3 more than arsenal and 8 more than Man United over a 30 year period and you think that points to a conspiracy ? cmon man.

The stats are pointless anyway without knowing how many were legit penalties and how many were ropey.

Thought it was quite telling that Firmino went awol the second half and was avoiding getting involved in the game.

You are right. Will the FA be looking at the Lallana drop down dead fall when barely touched on Friday? No indication as of yet that they are. Did the FA look at Hazard's dive when there was just a touch on his toe against Arsenal the other night? No. Why? Not necessarily because it was Chelsea but because it would have damaged the reputation of the ref. The same ref Taylor that gave Niasse a penalty. A retrospective ban would have questioned his competency and considering he is a FIFA ref, it could have wider consequences. Did the FA look at Ramsay's dive against Burnley that enabled them to get 3 points instead of 1? No.
All too often as you say there are certain clubs that get favourable treatment. The FA's and Sky's darling six it was four but City and Spurs have been added. It is not until they play each other and the refs don't really know what to do and there is an incident and it goes one way and not to the other team that there is a right hullabaloo. Hazard's dive against Arsenal for instance or Mane getting sent off against City. It is in those games that there is reams and reams of newsprint and hours and hours of media coverage to the 'incident'. But if it is us v some team or West Brom v Stoke it doesn't get the same coverage. And heaven forbid a decision goes against an English team in Europe or in an international.
The FA have correctly made a noise about racism in Eastern Europe but were conveniently silent when it happened in Madrid. The FA will act when things are highlighted because they are forced to. On racism they can't take the moral high ground when it happens abroad if they don't do anything here.
It is up to our club to stand up and protect Holgate because as sure as night follows day he is in for a rough ride on social media and the media generally as Martin Smauel's article in the Mail shows. Question Holgate's action to deflect from what Firmino said.
