He needed to get games in a senior environment to aid his development but he's done it now, I don't think there's any real need to send him back out. I'm not sure he's going to develop significantly more playing a dozen more times for Preston than he does through being involved in the squad here.
Does have the chance to win promotion which is great experience for anyone, but I agree that given how comfortable he looks in the Prem he probably doesn't absolutely need the game time with us.
Obviously I hope I'm wrong and he comes back
