Strongly disagree.That's not entirely because blacks are targeted more. It's more to do with the fact that blacks are more likely to be in confrontation with the cops, unfortunately. All this is attributed to socio-economic factors of blacks being brought up in ghetto-like neighbourhoods with substandard education and it's an ongoing cycle. It's unfortunate but the American government have to address those socio-economic factors involving blacks, before anything else.
Not saying that the socio-ecomonic factors shouldn’t be addressed or that they should be delayed but there are lots of police reform measure that could be implemented (and hopefully show positive results) in a lot quicker timeframe.
