Tennessee Blue Mike

Great tandem. Energy, youth we are progressing well in the middle of the park.
Let's have his career peter out with a series of embarrassing, forced end-of-game substitutions which will mar his legacy
These two with Tom Davies.....
Our midfield looks better with him in it. Of course I'm generalising here, but one thing I'd say his arrival isn't, is wasteful.I've stated on numerous occasions that Schneiderlin is a very decent player, but that we have midfielders falling out of cupboards at this club and his purchase was wasteful when we needed to sign another striker first.
...but dont let the truth spoil a good rant eh?
Don't think Barry cares too much about the record anyway
I think he's realistic enough to know he's now a back up.Doesn't seem like it no, but surely he doesn't consider his career to be over either? He has been in good form this season and surely should be able to press for starting at least until the end of the season. Here's hoping he does it even more.
Also: Here's a moment of silence for the future Everton FC captaincy of James Mccarthy.

It's completely sound analysis. If you think he's a player that is suited to a defensive midfield role then that is your lookout. Look at his game. Look where he is on the pitch and look at what he contributes. He intercepts and tackles well up the pitch. I'd say those defensive duties are carried out typically in the centre circle. If opponents can escape Schneiderlin at that point and get forward in numbers we are in trouble with Gueye to beat and then they're bearing down on our back four.
I accept that's a midfield gamble that Koeman makes. My point is that we WILL be caught out by it when playing teams with managers and players capable of exploiting that. Against such teams I'd go with Gueye and McCarthy.
Do you have a copy of Fly Fishing by JR Hartley? That's it, JR Hartley. You do know that he was staying further back than Gueye nearly the whole match don't you?!
He was the perfect DM protective screen for our defence.
Lord knows what you were watching.

Its amazing to think that a year ago, we had none of them. I mean, we had Davies, but in the youth squad. Now we have a wealth in the center of the pitch. These two with Tom Davies.....
