Wasn't that bothered about anything else that happened in the episode besides the last scenes. The Hodor death proper knocked my stomach and flattened me. The poor bloke not only died, but lost the majority of his life before the death as a consequence of Bran's selfishness and his choices. I'm a little wound up over the lack of exposition from Bloodraven RE: Don't let the Others touch you in a vision, don't go in weirwood.net without supervision, etc.

It was an interesting reveal that the Children of the forest created the Others, though I had suspected that given the history of the COTF. It makes me wonder what the end goal for the others is, if not just complete domination and a new world order.

How Bran and Meera are going to survive on their own in the middle of winter North of the Wall on their own is beyond me.

Makes your HANDS COLD just thinking about it.

Dont think the Dany scene was pointless, her sending Jorah away could be significant. The theory is he goes to the place Samwell Tarly is and Sam tells him all about the white walkers, when Jorah returns he tells Dany and she then goes to Westoros.

I've heard the theory that he is going to get Victarion's lava-arm from the Red Priestess and that will be how they ingratiate themselves with Dany

That scene is at least a season overdue. At least it broadly resembled the plot arc in the book, and the chap playing Euron seems quite good.

The show has criminally neglected the Greyjoy / Iron islands plots thus far and sadly I suspect they've only resurrected them for the purpose of moving Danaerys' plot line along.

His speech was crap in the show compared to the book "All men pray when they see my sails" in the show its just "I have a cock, neither of these two do, sound?"

Where's the Dragonbinder horn FFS?

It was soft.
