He was horrible when we were younger, whichever team had him in goal had no chance to score, hes the best non pro Keeper ive ever seen in my life, the saves he would make, unreal. Plus he could play superb out as well.

seems forshaw only get the award for keeping his head down when the loan move to Inv Cally fell through - rather than being the best player. Lets face it, Baxter got another year on his contract (he wont make it either), barkley is constantly being told he will be around first team next yr, velios got young player of the yr...so i reckon stubbs gave his the award so he didn't feel left out, and a bit of a boost.
