Fellaini wants to leave Everton?

Yeah, he was. I think people couldn't believe he'd go on the coach with the fans, hence asking him.

I've been going on them for years, we've had a few other players relatives on there. Vellios' brother was on there last season, over from Greece, and James Vaughan's dad regularly used to go on the official fans coaches to away games to watch his lad play.

Did he sit with the away fans?

Don't see a problem with him moving on, he's got ambition, we can't give it to him, so good luck to him. Sure it's a bit dissapointing how the quotes have come out, but at the end of the day you have to accept where we are, and that's upper mid table.

Are we in for the Upper Mid-Table Cup again?

Just imagine what we could do with 27M. Fellaini would be a big loss but if he wants to go...he wants to go!... Must say I'd love to hope he could be sold abroad to real or someone.

Butland - debuchey - another CB - Ofoe - Holtby - Donovan - Bk up CF
Just a quick selection of names but..
I'd think moyes could bring in about 5 very good players on the back of that cash.

25-30 mill for Fellaini, I'd be made up.

I don't even think he's anywhere near as good as gets made out to be by some Everton fans.

In my opinion he suits us and we suit him, it will end in a similar way to the Piennar - Spurs move this.

Like all our players, If the price is right, and they are going to a club in the champions league, I'm not going to complain. Funny how at the end of last season, centre mid was one of our strongest areas. By the end of this season, it maybe one of our weakest.

agreed, cant wait to see the back of him tbh

He was gonna leave anyway. Its no science how every year we lose one of our potential stars or establisged stars cos we are a selling club at the end of the day but for Fellaini to claim what he did even if it was misquoted slightly after just 3 games into the season is a **** timing. The players can get unsettled and it will affect the team's performance. Now looking at what Moyes said, he seems to give a hint that he's gonna offload him. Fellaini now, Baines is next and then Barkley. We just can't build on our players.

Neither was Pienaar or Lescott or Arteta but look what they became. Felli is right up there among the best midfielders of the PL and he is that bloody good. If there's one player I'd compare him with, its Y.Toure but Fellaini offers much more.

Dont know about that mate. Fellaini has the potential to be a better player than Yaya Toure but no way is he better or offers more than him, yet.

This is just another example of Evertonian's over rating Fellaini.

You're right mate, he is very good now and there is still potentiol for him to improve again but he doesn't offer much more than Toure, no chance. He's not consistent enough for a start as seen by WBA and imo Villa were I didn't think he was particularly great either. If he can start producing Man Utd esque performances on a regular basis then he really will be in the world class bracket but if Moyes can get 30 million to spend by getting shut of him, I'd be delighted to see him get his wish.

I know footballers are thick in general but those comments he made the other day really do surpass there usual level of stupidity with there timing.

It goes without saying that if we sell him for 25m and are able to reinvest 15-20m of that into the squad we'll come out better for it. Wouldn't surprise me if he was sold in January.
