Brands and Silva have been going after the u25s so following my plan for Global domination.

This is a bit of a weird one as i thought it was just one case but posters are saying 6 or 7.

What we need to do now is hope Brands can go after a bunch of top quality foreign lads who could come in and be under the home grown rule.

Quite interesting to see what we do...

We best hurry up before all this Brexit nonsense stops all that signing foreign youngsters business .

On the case as a whole we’ve been caught and it appears more than once so we’ll have to take our medicine.

The last paragraph suggests he’s correct.

I guess I read it a bit differently. The general provisions will apply so it’s only possible to transfer an under 18 minor (to prevent human trafficking-and still they fail since you can forge documents etc...) under very strict conditions (https://resources.fifa.com/image/up...uide-2930706.pdf?cloudid=uof9ezgxs7tyyoffen0f ). The easiest way seems to be the moving of parents exception, lots of case law still difficult. Oh and falsifying documents is also possible, but generally it’s very difficult to sign an under 18 foreign player in a legal, ethical way.

Unless he’s part of the EEA, and that will possibly be no longer the case after Brexit. So signing home grown youth players from, say Ajax, will become much more difficult.

I make it 1 (Kieran Agard) of our last 44 first team graduates who we wouldn't have been able to sign under this ban. Not a disaster by any means.

Slightly wrong as Tom Davies was with Tranmere at 11 and Broadhead came from Wrexham. Don't know if they count as official academies though so might have been ok

Didn't we get Hornby from Northampton at about 15 or 16?
This 6 or 7 players we tapped up, do we know if we actually signed any of them?
