Lob Nige and Mogg in mate. They will do it dead easy. Thats what you believed anyrate.
No just a Brexiter PM will do not a Remainer like May & hammond , and top civil servant Ollie Robbins who had no will to do a fair deal.........
Look it comes to something when the deal/EU treaty comes back , and it's better if we stay in the damn EU.......

Interesting as ever mate. In the end we are the architects of our own disaster. The EU must look upon our own internal political stumblings with total shock and disbelief. As you state on the EU side, the UK leaving the union needs to be managed and controlled in such a way as to not spark similar revolutions. Speaking to my wife's family in Holland they look upon us as complete lunatics!

Even if we leave with a softer brexit we still, will not have a better deal than the one we currently enjoy! It's increasingly frustrating to many in this country who see the German economy slowing down, they see France's spiraling domestic issues and they wonder, what if we stayed in the EU? We could become a greater force within that organisation and become a real influencer, rather than a country that has existed on the EU fringe for so long.
I think Britain's handling of Brexit and its descent into madness and chaos actually suits the EU to some extent.
Its a sober warning to any other country who is thinking of leaving.
Of course the EU gave britain a poor deal and protected Ireland.
Did anybody think they would do anything different

They have just handed the EU control Pete we have to ask them for an extension if no deal, so they will dictate the terms from now on, well that's if they ever did not in reality with this shower we have had leading the notations .
They(most of parliament) want to stay no matter what it costs.
How vast swathes of the electorate can ever have any trust in any of this shower i will never know. your vote just gives you illusion of democracy is in play nothing more,
this sorry episode has proved it if nothing else.
The only hope for Britain is that in a GE anew political force emerges that is truly democratic, non self serving and listens to the people and acts in their best interests.
I wouldn't however hold my breath waiting for such a group of politicians to appear

That's the wrong Robin, I've already told you
Not as such. But we met after my acrobatic troupe parents were cruelly murdered by a criminal gang who they owed money to.

@Bruce Wayne took me under his 'wing' so to speak, as a sort of legal Ward and has taught me his ways ever since. I started out as something of a side kick on here, but, I've unburdened myself of that mantle, and I feel like I've since become a hero in my own unique way.

So what? Once upon a time slavery was commonplace, women were not allowed to vote, children were forced to work. Society advances, but someone has to make the first step. The EU did more to that cause than Brexit will.

That would be Britain that ended slavery, a country within the British Empire that allowed women to vote and a country that did away with work for children. Congratulations Bruce, you have successfully argued the case to bring the British Empire back........

It's playing hard and fast with copyright, but I'm happy to share it with you as well if you wish Joe.

Bruce was trying to argue that any country that treats other nationals differently to their own is racist behaviour. I merely pointed out that every country on the planet does for a variety of reasons, hence....

It's perhaps worth remembering that no country had immigration controls until relatively recently. The first in the US was around 1920 or thereabouts, before which it was completely open. It doesn't remove the fact that treating people differently on the basis of their nationality is racist.

Then the whole world is racist.......

Or a new PM rip it up and get a better deal.......

Joey, regardless of the encumbent in Downing St, Brexit will always hinge on a resolution to the British border in Ireland.

It doesn’t matter whatever bluster the Brexit Party may spew, it will always resort back to the very rock that Theresa May is floundering on.

Unsurprisingly, Farage hasn’t addressed this point in his vacuous populist rallying cry.

The modern personification of the Grand Old Duke of York with added racist fervour.
