Whats the odds on a half time presentation of Mangala, the player on loan, as we are 1-0 down.

Cos, everton like to mess with us like that.

well Mangala the footballer freestyler, that might be more to do with the current city manager and the way he likes his team's to play to football the bathalona way ( phenomenal), fine if you have infinite monies over many seasons and given time....

I've no problem with him as he'll fit in well.

But they’re not.

No but lets hope if Mangala comes in Jags and Williams get punted to the stands for the remainder of the season and then punted out of the club when the season's over. Keane + Holgate for one place and Mangala + Funes Mori for the other until the end of the season.

Maybe he’s going to go to a back 3 of Holgate, Keane and mangala. With Coleman nearly back, maybe he’s seen something in Garbutt in training to give him a go, who’s much more suited to a wing back role.

The main thing with Mangala is his pace.

Which may help us push up a bit...

In all likelihood he'll end up playing at left-back like.

Which begs the question why the f don't we just sign a left-back
There aren’t any available in world football apparently.

The more likely scenario though, is that there aren’t many available to LOAN. The potential loan of Mangala being another clue that Walsh and Allardyce aren’t being given any more dough to waste and we’re saving it for the new DOF and Manager in the summer.

Well we can but hope!!!

Not sure the thinking on this move. Yes he is probably better than most centre backs we currently have, but I'm not sure he is a priority.

Unless there is planned change in tactics?

Might be looking at playing 5 at the back I guess. Mangala has some pace at least (absolutely couldn’t put Jags & Williams as part of 3 CB’s!). Still not sure who’d play left wing back mind...

Keane came in with a hefty price and high expectation and has wilted. He was excellent at Burnley.

Mangala would arrive with very little burden on his shoulders and can hopefully thrive here if the deal goes through.

A low risk, high reward deal is what this club has thrived on in the last decade or so.
