Unsworth would be a much safer bet than Tuchel, that's for sure. Don't see any harm in giving him the job. He's proven he can forge a good team spirit and get consistent results with a changeable team.
As glamorous as someone like Ancelotti would be, he'd only be 3 bad results from "get out of my club you wonky eyebrowed blert". Unsworth all the way.
I wouldn't say an academy manager is a much safer bet than an actual club manager.
