Unsworth's the man. Whether in a caretaker position or not Davies and Jonjoe would be starters perhaps with another young face or two in the first team.

Due to this people will not be afraid to approach him which brings a togetherness into the club...

He can harness this within the club and also he has the fans massively backing him.

The players should respond to this.

Unsworth has rebuilt teams, sees players go off on loan...promoted players willingly and been in the media championing them.

I remember a balanced selection that played quite well. The last game/s of the season though so probably not the best idea to take too much from it.
