Hindsight does seem to be frequently used on here. The general feeling would have been good, but he didn’t win any in our last 7. He fumbled every opportunity he had, so it’s moot.

We didn't. If we had it might have papered over some of the obvious and mind boggling decisions that Moyes has made.Seems the tide has well and truly turned against Moyes.
Wonder how the general feeling would have been if we had won the last two games and finished 7th…
And it is like the painting in Ghostbusters 2, possessing anyone who stares long enough at his jowelly chops.Somewhere within the football club there's a big painting of Bill Kenwright that everyone goes to for inspiration.
Mate, as someone who has run a multi million pound business, I can tell you that you don't spend £130 million and expect to standstill but in particular I'd be wanting the resignation of my CEO who spent £50 million on assets and let the sit there doing nothing.
I think we should all unite and phone in everyday to praise his media work.Moyes taking the TalkSport pundit job for the World Cup just adds to my concerns about him staying.
The World Cup lasts for 39 days, that is a lot of time not working on our issues and he’ll probably expect a couple of weeks of holiday off on top of it too.
The finances of our club aren’t great and losing out the last few games has literally costs us millions, if he wants to be manager he should be concentrating on us not padding his retirement with punditry.
Given what we know about Moyes and having seen the level of player development (or lack of this season) would you entrust Moyes to protect the financial investments in playing staff of the club? I wouldn’t.
Moyes is old school, he wants his players in and not players identified by a recruitment team. No one is suggesting that an Iraola or a Glasner type would come in and hit the ground running and of course it does take a degree of squad churn, but I’d have more confidence of them getting us more attractive to watch and competitive in the next two to three years than I do Moyes.
We know what comes with Moyes from his first stint here and latterly his time with the Hammers.
And given the passivity of the HD crowd and lack of any venting of spleen towards the manager I'm starting to think that the reaction on here may not be representative of all Evertonians, which I find incredible.I'll tell you what. I'm starting to think that our fanbase isn't happy with David Moyes.
I think the thing is Matty, depending on the targets set by the club (which I’d expect to be Europe next season), if things aren’t going well, yes they would get rid, but obviously we do not know who will be available to replace him which means we may have to shop in the charity store for a replacement.hear me out here…
so if we’re poo next season theyl sack
they’ve done it at roma enough to not be assed what time they do it
It's not that simple is it. We spent a fortune under Moshiri and went nowhere. It all comes down to how you spend it and having a coach who knows how to get the best out of his squad. Moyes won't spend it well, that's the point and he also won't get the best out of his squad.
Are any of us truly looking forward to this summer? It’s miserable, predictable, and tiresome.Moyes taking the TalkSport pundit job for the World Cup just adds to my concerns about him staying.

Not giving the younger players minutes at the start of the season was understandable - the core of the team was playing OK and they needed time to get used to a new country, new team and the physicality of the league. That is improving the team. That is the bigger picture.
To me, Moyes needed to get into Europe or develop the younger players. He's done neither.
We're literally right back where we were at this time last year. No European football to entice players to join, yet still sacrificing development for immediate results.
Miracles? TFG and the Board may want to ask Sunderland about them then. Championship / league 1 squad but they have built that up in 12 months only having been promoted through the play offs. Yes they spent more which is right given their squad would not have been anywhere near as good as ours. 12 MONTHS!!!That’s true but my point is, how badly Everton have been run prior to Moyes coming back and new owners coming in. They wouldn’t expect miracles in such a short term around.
We aren’t just playing catch up on the pitch to clubs, we are playing catch up to them off the pitch too.
