Basically the girl had gone into hospital due to having a heart attack and sadly didn't recover. The medical staff ruled it was a heart attack at time of death. The coroner changed the decision on the basis that she had a cough.

So it was never proven she had covid-19 , the coroner changed it based on one thing afterwards. Which is where the story came from , minus the heart attack information first time around.

It's actually a little odd because that story mentioned she was the UK's youngest recorded death. However I am sure this week I saw a headline mentioning a 16 year old? Admittedly I didn't read that story so cannot recall it other than the headline

The story was removed.

The BBC still reporting it was a Corona death.

I'm not sure - but I get the feeling we're going to find out very soon how many lives the Cheltenham Festival has cost us

Cheltenham finished just over two weeks ago.

The incubation period is two weeks, and we've heard very little about people who are seriously ill who went to Cheltenham. More by luck, and timing, I reckon we dodged a bullet with that one, though we won't know for sure for about another week.

That’s the Mediterranean Diet kicked into touch...

You’ve posted this theory many times. It minimizes the severity of the disease and tries to put it on par with the flu.

Doctors are not changing how they classify a death.
COVID can cause a heart attack, thus COVID would be the cause of death. The doctor will know the full clinical picture to determine the cause.

Lets be real, we all ultimately die from a ”heart attack”. What differs is clinical picture leading up to it - that is the cause of death.

Technically the official cause of death would be Complication of COVID just like flu deaths are listed.

Spot on.
@Tipp blue could do with having a quick read of section 4 of

I mainly agree with your point, but some people (like me) are still going out to work because they have a useless employer who uses the loophole of 'essential to travel for work' because we're not on the list stopping us from going out. Bigger ditherer than Moyes my boss. My work is by no means essential, I'd rather be holed up at home on 80% pay.
I know people going to work that ARE NOT ESSENTIAL!!!! terrible...
