When this is all over we can have a look at all the players and see who did the right things at the right time, I'll bet you now we fair better than them 3 and Germany.
How many ventilators do we have compared to Germany? How many ventilators per person do we have compared to Italy? If we do better, it's because they will be giving us advice- which thankfully they are.
If you make these statements to reassure yourself, grand- just please don't minimise the risk to others- the social isolation bit with help the NHS massively over the next 3 weeks.

Where is the outrage from Johnson and Hancock et al about forced labour? What is Johnson doing about those forced into work? They were quick to criticise Khan for reduced service on the underground, brought on because more and more workers were isolating due to symptoms. Which could have been avoided if they were tested, but can't be because there are not enough 'kits' because the Tories dragged their feet for 3 months.

More than 1,000 people have contacted MPs to raise concerns about being told to continue travelling into work despite the government’s plea for them to stay at home.
Office and call centre workers, TV engineers, and estate agents are among the workers who have replied to an appeal for information by the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy committee (BEIS).
Leeds West MP Rachel Reeves, who chairs the committee said:
“From the evidence we’ve received it’s clear that many businesses are still not doing the right thing. This must change now. This is a health emergency - it cannot be business as usual.
“Workplaces, even those deemed essential, should be doing all they can to ensure that their workers are able to work from home or, if they do have to attend work, that they can undertake social distancing.

Is this true?

If so, explains yesterdays figures.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's an active attempt to distort the figures now for political reasons with a lockdown underway.

To be fair i wouldn't say its that significant and i can understand families not giving consent. Im sure most governments work of this premise.

The Tories are planning to 'change the way it is releasing and compiling these figures'. This will mean those that 'would have 'died normally' will be excluded from daily coronavirus deaths. Thereby the death figures will 'decrease' giving the impression that 'they are getting on top of it'. But that will be furthest from the truth.

It's in keeping with the Germans who are doing exactly the same thing.
