Just going off at a tangent, are there any explanations as to why London's death rate amongst known infected cases is so much lower than for the north west of England, 4.7% as opposed to 6.7%? (I suppose though not as puzzling as the rate in Portugal being only 1.4% when next door in Spain it's over 7%).

I think lots of people are - not only that, but the really low German death rate as well (though in that case its probably down to sauerkraut).

I’m sure they are but the getting reliable data will be hard given there are disparities in, and overall lack of, testing.
