Yeh, I saw the steam thing too.
The American doctor who was on Joe Rogan a few weeks back did rubbish steam room/sauna helping fight it off but in terms of actually just steaming your face then surely it might help relieve some pain/pressure if you do get it. Helps open your airways doesn't it so it'd make sense.

Learned more about this country in the past 2 weeks than we have done in decades.
Panic buying for no reason, before then going out for a nice day at the beach in their droves.
People will be killing people now. For every panic buyer , there's another who struggles to get food for themselves to eat. For every single person who has gone out for the day today , that's a friend, loved one or parent (ironic given what day it is) that they have signed a death warrant for potentially.
These same people would love a lockdown because their house is fully stocked and the government paying their wages the whole time not giving a damn about anyone else. Something I have said before, well there's your proof right there.

Aus has been similar from friends/colleagues I have out there
Regardless of countries major transport, transient hubs cities aregetting terrible spikes regardless of trends in the Country. LA, New York, Milan, Madrid, London - maybe different and additional measures need to be taken to curb the spread in these transient areas of countriesm instead of just thinking g if a country.

Incredibly important to keep well hydrated (homeostasis) many people don't at the best of times, even if they believe they do. As for steaming it's ongoing debate, each to their own.
Its as old fashioned as anything with a clean tea towel over your head with any menthol oil added to boiling water and you inhale the steam for clearing the airways - lungs in particular - with paracetamol perhaps a great idea late pm and mid am ....... daily - eyes might water a bit but yes it will do no harm - when that Sars was about my wife and daughter were ill for an age antibiotics the lot for weeks never touched it whatever they had, but the symptoms where Sars like - they did that for a week and it cleared away slowly a big improvement......3 GPs at the practice - the last one recommended that - an older GP 
Youngest person to die from this in the UK was today, 18 years old my god, doesn’t bear thinking about. What a tragedy.

Really shows the difference in culture around the world. All in this together yet we aren't , until we are made to be.
It will get worse because of these people. Yet it's not them that end up in hospital , it's those around them that will.
And guess who they will blame at the end of all of this?
