That’s something, I’m really curious about, how has testing increased so much in the last few weeks after a year in to this and during the vaccine roll out...

School children are getting tested upto twice a week.
Lateral flow tests avaliable to anyone.

that is the Danish suspension; the Norway one that has kicked all this off was two healthcare workers - one in her 30s and the other under 50

Massive increase from that alone.

If there is a problem then I’m sure the EMA will say so, and then European countries can decide what they wish to do. I really don’t mind any of them not having the AZ vaccine, but ffs I wish they would make their minds up and then shut up about it. They are causing absolute mayhem amongst those who are already frightened of having a vaccine, undermining a product that will be used around the world, and putting worry into the minds of those in Europe who have already had it....scandalous and irresponsible......

In all seriousness, I wonder if there's stats on the number of people who get blood clots after getting the flu jab?

There's an 8-swing difference between Pfizer and AZ in the UK.

That can't just be the case here. There must be people getting blood clots across Europe who have had the Pfizer jab, too?

I don't think there's a causal link, just interested if that info is out there.

Didn’t know they were doing that in schools, very clever.

The majority of our cases are from 12-39 and mostly in the young adult cohort, we could do following the UKs lead here.

As said: not arsed about it. I *know* I'll be ok and just get the median reaction of whatever everyone else has been getting.

My concern is the AZ vaccine's ongoing troubles - and you tend to wonder "wtf" as it lurches from one controversy to the next.

The testing has been going up throughout. The U.K. has performed over 100 million tests for Covid ....

I had a rough 12 hours or so. Then fine.
Buy some paracetamol.

I dont think taking paracetemol before or after is a good idea from what I heard. Best ride out the discomfort and get the full whack of whatever anti-bodies it stimulates.

Other governments took the long view and knew they needed to hunker down and ride the wave out; he wanted it over and done with ASAP and thought he was clever ignoring all the expert advice because he wanted to show the world that UK PLC was open for business in the post Brexit era.

We the UK should have never been in such a position, frankly its embarrassing, we are just over week away from them announcing their first COVID measures a year ago, this was to reduce the number of fatalities in the country to 20,000 this would still be ‘an enormous amount of deaths. Well here we are at 125,000 dead.

So, people are dying because they're not using a vaccine, that isn't dangerous and saves lives and you're happy with that?

Says it all really.

Sounds like the actions of a murderer to me ....
