Well I had a woman come out of the customer toilets the other day and hand me literally an arm full of clothes she had tried on in the bogs and she walked off.

Do not underestimate the stupidity of some of your customers mate.

Thankfully we don’t have customer toilets, we were due to be as part of the refurb we were undergoing but for financial reasons that’s been abandoned along with a planned cafe and expanded beauty bar

Thing is mate, the queues are as much for staff protection as the public, it won’t last forever but as long as there’s still risk, measures have to be controlled. All stores are going to have a limit to how many they can allow

Teatime is pretty much the best time to go shopping anywhere. No queues and hardly anyone in the stores means you're in and out in less time than it would have taken pre-Covid, mainly because there aren't many people calling in on their way back from work.
