Our full time H&S officer is fairly diligent and on the ballExactly the same with ours, we do the flu vaccine and as you say, it's still a learning curve.
My initial response was to the idiot bullybeef which set the tone for the exchange
I'd make anybody using public transport forced to wear a mask and carry hand sanitizer, without them you don't get on the bus/train, signs up sanitize your hands before you get on and depart.I agree with outdoors.
My concern (particularly in London where I live) is the use of public transport and people having to work indoors.
You are posting some garbage this morning.
Part of a teacher's role is safeguarding children. Exposing them to a virus because they can't be adequately protected does not fall in line with that remit.
Aside from that, nobody should have their health put at risk to do their job, you're essentially telling teachers to put their lives on the line so kids can learn their ABCs.
So the virus is eliminated when borders open and we return to normal, even if no vaccine is present?
He's not even saying that, he couldn't give a flying about the education, it's just to get someone else to take responsibility for the children. You are posting some garbage this morning.

They have to dramatically reduce capacity as well to try distance people, don't know if that is going on, I saw footage on the news from Kings Cross and it was quite busy.
I see the point being made but NZ and the U.K. are a different kettle of fish really and not really comparable. No, not without a vaccine I doubt, but you could have borders open and test everyone who comes in to control the virus and stop it spreading in the community
Tell me why they call the toddlers back who won't have a scooby do about social distancing?for one month? If there is a strike or protest you can guarantee the teachers are right at the front of it.
Kids, especially those from the poorest backgrounds, need to get back to school.
Teachers... do what you are paid to do or go and get another job.
