Black Saturday

It was a bad result. But we still haven't lost and have 2 very winnable home games. Win both and we've done ok.

It's been 3 games. It should get better. We weren't going to become a great team overnight.
We need discipline throughout this squad. Hopefully these divvies listen to the manager.

Black saturday not a chance. We had more than enough of them, when we were getting numbed and bored to death under Allardyce. It's disappointing, but taking a point from what has traditionally been a bogey ground for us, and remaining unbeaten is far from what black saturdays are made of.I think we need to save these sort of dramatic thread titles, for occasions when their actually warranted!

Did you expect a team who had been turned into a bunch of yard dogs under Allardyce to start playing free flowing total football and blow teams away inside 3 games?
Martinez managed it after Moyes. And Silva is doing the same now, I recognise that. It's not the style of football that's the issue, it's that grating collapse yesterday.

Silva even at this early stage, seems to be a huge improvement on Koeman and Allardyce.Granted that wouldn't be a hard feat to achieve. But the worry i have is that Silva will not be given a fair chance.Because Moshiri seems to be a very trigger happy chairman, who will cave in and buckle at the first signs of revolt from the fans.

He did it to Martinez Koeman and Allardyce, although i do think all three of that lot had to go.But im wondering does Moshiri have the confidence and faith to stick with Silva, when were going through a bad spell of results, and the fans are getting restless?Time will tell on that front i suppose.

I`ll play along Dave.

Whatever happened to " Silva will need time to sort out the Koeman / Walsh axis of destruction " !!!!.

Virtually all the dead wood has been shipped out.

Team strengthened all over the pitch,

Unbeaten in three.

Sounds like progress in the right direction to me.
How is that contradicting anything I've said?

Do you really think I've been having a go at Silva here?

Far from it. I pity the feller having to sort this mess out.

Brands is not fully on board with Silva. That is the fault line.
