To be fair, and with all respect for your humourous post, terrorism is a slightly more serious topic, Mister Wayne! Do you think she should be welcomed back to Britain after pledging her allegiance to ISIS?

If the death penalty is the end result, I'd rather it went to an ISIS member than some unlucky pot smoker in Thailand. Lets be honest here, you couldl't expect anything different if you were captured by ISIS.

in fact we know what would happen cos that marine a got off with it because of a public outcry.

Any decision to allow her back would cost millions, it would also set a precedent to others that they can come back if they don't fancy it.
I don't know enough about the topic to have an opinion either way tbh.

It's a pretty simple topic, imo. Teenage girl waltzes off with some pals to ISISland and shacks up with a terrorist and all his mates, turning her back on Great Britain and thus forfeiting any ties she ever had with the country. Same girl witnesses all sorts of terrorist activities, including beheadings which she says "didn't phase" her. She also says how she "doesn't regret" her actions. Seems like she understands what has taken place over the past years. I may have missed the odd detail here or there, but that's basically the crux of it. If you take my post here as what happened (only as an example, I don't expect or believe this is 100% the case of how things played out), would you welcome her back to Great Britain?

Would depend on the circumstances mate. Do you have an example for me to comment on? In this girl's circumstances, I'd throw her in the pen as soon as she stepped off a plane in our fine country. She's lost all privileges here.

Well the problem is more legal than moral so its fairly complex, shes still a British citizen

Then the governent needs to strike a strong pose and state anybody who pledges allegience to terrorist organisations and goes abroad to support them automatically loses their right to abode in Great Britain. Obviously everybody is too soft in the UK to do that, so I have no doubt she'll be getting all sorts of grants and financial support from the government in next to no time. I made a post recently about gaining dual citizenship. In that process I had to tick seven pages worth of boxes to confirm I am not a member of any banned terrorist organisation. If I had ticked one of the boxes, my application would have been rejected. This girl ticked that box when she left the country.

She is totally desensitized which means she could be dangerous , its a tough one it would set a president if she is allowed back.
Not from the UK, but wouldn't be too keen on letting someone back in after they aligned themselves with a violent terrorist organisation that are utterly opposed to the values of my country
