Best ever game of football not involving Everton?

Not including Spurs?

Man U vs Bayern Munich CL final.

I had a fiver on Basler first scorer/Utd to win 2-1 at 110-1
I cheered despite myself when both United goals went in. Forgetting allegiances, it was just such a fairytale scenario. The Bayern fella on the floor, smashing his fist into the turf, sticks with me too. Football - bloody hell!

The semi final in Turin is up there with the greatest games I’ve seen .
Despite being a bell in almost every other respect, fair play to Keane for his performance in that game. Knowing he’d miss the final after the booking, he dragged that team through that tie. If only Gazza had the same testicular fortitude in Italia 90...

For me, the 1999 FA Cup semi final at Villa Park really stands out.... Arsenal 1 - Man Utd 2.

Oh how that game ebbed and flowed. A disallowed goal from Anelka, Roy Keane sent off, a last minute penalty miss and Ryan Gigg's wonder goal! It was edge of the seat stuff!

What a shame that semi finals are no longer played at neutral grounds. Shame on The FA!!

Fa Cup is hugely devalued now.

Speaking of games where Liverpool got their arses handed to them, 2016 League Cup final, anyone? Pellegrini goes for Caballero in goal instead of Hart, City fans wonder what the old man is on, and then Caballero makes Liverpool look like a bunch of arseholes. It was glorious. Especially when he was watching from the sidelines while Touré took his penalty, and then this horde of City players came rushing towards him.

Chelsea 4 Liverpool 2 in the FA cup in 1997. Liverpool 2 up at half time only for Mark Hughes to spark a comeback in the 2nd half.

Charlton 4 Sunderland 3 in the play off final was another. Clive Mendonca scoring a hat trick for charlton. And he was from Sunderland.

So many, but Spurs 3 Man Utd 5 in 1994/95 (I think) was a great game. Spurs were 3-0 up at half time and Utd came out in the 2nd half and blew them away.

01/02 that was. One that sticks out for me was the City/QPR game when City won the title, I had it on on mute as I was listening to our game with the Geordies and was expecting City to blow it in the end as they were 2-1 down in a game Rangers also had to win to stay up so to have that ending, and see the looks on the United team, fans and Whiskey Nose's faces at Sunderland when the result at the Etihad came through was so satisfying, even if it did turn City fans into bigger bellends after it

If it was one I'd seen live it was the Barça 6 PSG 1 game a couple seasons back. Didnt mean anything in the end as they went out to Juve next round but it was an insane finish with one of my favourites Sergi roberto scoring at the death.

Considering the atmosphere is often so scheisse at Camp Nou, it was incredible to feel the electricity of those last 10m or so and the explosion of joy at the end of 90k plus supporters

Also, this - Barca’s 6-1 from the other year.

One of the most ridiculous games ever.
