Best ever game of football not involving Everton?

Romania 3 Argentina 2 in WC 94. Was gutted as Diego had been booted out just before it. But Ortega stepped in and played a great game and from start to finish it was just asolutely bonkers and brilliant football with great goals. I should have been disappointed with the result as I wanted Arg to win it but it was such a great game of football. Hagi was the main man. What a player.

If it was one I'd seen live it was the Barça 6 PSG 1 game a couple seasons back. Didnt mean anything in the end as they went out to Juve next round but it was an insane finish with one of my favourites Sergi roberto scoring at the death.

Considering the atmosphere is often so scheisse at Camp Nou, it was incredible to feel the electricity of those last 10m or so and the explosion of joy at the end of 90k plus supporters

1989, last game of the season, I was at York Uni and a good friend said he had a spare ticket if I wanted to go with him. He was an Arsenal fan, but a good lad. I had finished my exams and thought, yeah, Ill go with you. My one and only trip to Analfield. When Mickey Thomas hit that winner a litle part of me became an Arsenal fan for the day.

Mate, ffs, you need to be going to anfield every week with that record.

I suppose we have to disclose other games containing teams we support because Wales beating Belgium 3-1 was just indescribable. Being at Swansea v Reading 4-2 in the play off final was a cracker, as was the semi final win vs forest to get there.

So outside of that for some reason city beating spurs 4-3 in the fa cup with Jon maken scoring the winner came to mind. Was watching it live on bbc as a kid and didn't really care who won so it was just great.

3-0 down and down to 10 men away from home, to come back and win, when they were worse of the two teams was just superb footy.

In recent years, the Copa del Rey final where Barcelona beat Bilbao, and I happened to be in Barcelona at the time - they were showing it on the tellies at Primavera Sound. It was magic.
For me, the 2011 Women's world cup Semifinal USA-Brazil was amazing (if you're an American like me). Yes, I said "Women's."
I watched the women's FA Cup final last season and it was a lot of fun. Better than the crap I saw at Goodison Park.

Oh this is easy for me.

Many years ago, Bristol City got to the semi final of the Freight Rover Trophy, with a final at Wembley on the line. They lost the first leg, away at Hereford, 2 0, so the home second leg looked a tough ask.

It was a filthy night, but they made it 2 2 with a Howard Pritchard header, (file that under a "when hibbo scores we riot" occasion), then got a final minute winner via an OG. Scenes.

Remember that one very well. Can't imagine the noise in that place like.

44 years ago this week, I went to Sealand Road to watch 4th division Chester beat league champions and that seasons losing European cup finalists, Leeds Utd 3-0. No players rested in those days, Bremner, Hunter, Madeley, Lorrimer etc. One of the greatest giant killings. A great cup run.

Some brilliant shouts here lads and impossible to choose one really. That said I am plumping for.....
France Brazil in Mexico World Cup 1986 for me with honourable mention to Portugal North Korea at Goodison 1966.
