Trophies are secondary is stating the obvious this season Bruce, the 4th place would be a miracle!
I hope we aren't chsnting Donkor is a plonkerlol

That's not to say that this is what Unsworth is doing of course, but I wouldn't want to see us go down that path.

The truth is in there somewhere. It's striking the right balance that is hard. Developing the player to make them ready for senior football has to be the ultimate aim of the youth teams, but imparting a winning mentality in the players is a big part of that.
