No crying about stolen votes (or national security files), no leading a mob to the senate to storm the capital, no encouraging attacks on a pensioner like Pelosi, no cosying up to the klan, 'well done donald, you're a modern great, a phenomenon', then she can sulk off to the same darkened corner where hillary has been hiding and become another footnote of history.

Agree or disagree with the state of the current Labour Party, I think they’re a good example of how you can win an election by occupying the centre ground and addressing some of the fears and issues of people who might vote for Tory/Reform. They won enough of those people over just by pandering to the viewpoint a bit and not operating within an echo chamber. I’d personally prefer the PLP to be further left but my own opinion is that you need to be in government to make progressive changes.

I think the same lessons could be learned by the Democrats in order to appeal to the issues outside of typically progressive cities and states. They need to be able to compete with populists like Trump in those swing states by addressing the issues of the economy, immigration etc head on without the fear of losing their core support.

I’ve only seen you calling her a giggling schoolgirl so I’m not sure it’s a widely held view or not. I think the trait you don’t like about Harris is her femininity.

Well they actually set up concentration camps for Japanese Americans during the war. It was the voluntary surrender of a young Japanese American that traveled to the camp that led to the SC calling them unlawful. They have previous and so many Americans couldn't even pick out Germany or Japan on a map these days. They just want someone to blame for any hardships whilst voting in the worst perpetrators of keeping them down

I don’t think the current political climate of the world would allow for them to be properly liberal. Communist is such a dirty with in the US and is used as ammunition against the current party, never mind if they were to move to the left. They would never win over those swing states they need in this political climate.

Change the climate! They need to stop accepting this as status quo.
