Biden is not actively helping to resolve the conflict. He hasn't even attended in person to Swiss led peace summit two weeks ago citing election campaign. Kamala replaced him instead. Sunak was there.

Zelenskiy worked with Trump. Similar to Erdogan, he has some personal dealings with him, so it is not complete unknown. Also both of them not being natural politicians helps. I think it would be worse than it is but won't be the end of Ukraine. Zelenskiy would find a way to convince Donald.

I know. But between 2017-2021 Ukraine army grew a lot and got a lot of help from the US. Trump didn't really stop helping Ukraine to please Putin. You can't say Ukraine got ready to war v Russia all of a sudden in just one year under Biden.
