David Cameron did it with Ed Milliband then we had a stage full - May should just take on Corbyn - why should Sturgeon get a stage she is not in the HP not an MP - she should sort the mess out in Scotland !
The other minor parties should butt out just the two potential new PMs debate on tv imo!

And this she would have difficulty refusing. Having the Greens, SNP, Plaid, etc etc on the same stage is just a waste of time....

Not sure I agree with that
Well of course that your opinion and your entitled to it but personally I don't have such a low opinion of the electorate as that. It's my view that the vast majority (something like 99%) of people who watch these things have already made their minds up about the way they were going to vote before they watch them and wouldn't be swayed by something so idiotic.

Behave.

We live in a Country where people's political opinions are affected and dictated by right wing media chiefs and plenty will have formed or altered opinions on the leaders after those debates
I'm afraid I don't agree. We're all told that people have been brain washed by the right wing media but perhaps it's just the other party's fail to get their messages across properly. I said this during Brexit and the US elections that both Remain and Hilary lost because of their own poor campaigns not a massive right-wing media aganda. Of course some people won't except this because it would mean excepting their own sides failings. I don't personally know anyone who's opinion is directly dictated by what they read in the tabloids do you?

If they did we'd all support Utd or the RS........

Murdoch has been the political kingmaker in this country for over 30 years.

The share of voice between left and right is massively skewed at present and to deny its influence is naive
