Cleggs ratings went through the roof after the 2010 debate and they ended up forming part of the Govt

Has it occurred to you that people aren't quite as stupid as you imagine them to be. I'm sure that lots of morons are politically governed by what they read in the gutter press but I'm more convinced that the vast bulk of people in this country aren't the stupid idiots they've been made out to be in recent years. I believe that the vast majority of people in this country aren't stupid and decide how to vote based on a logical trail of thought, that I might not always agree with but have no right to dismiss simply because it differs to my own.

Loads of people are gullible and too lazy to even form their own considered opinion via researching the actual facts. They're spoon fed their political opinions without realising it.
