Actually, that was a knee jerk reaction which I withdraw. The truth is more nuanced than either position and I'll reply in full tomorrow when I have sobered up.....

There'll be plenty migrating to the Liberals due to Corbyns unpopularity this time round, who aren't and have never been liberal voters......a combination of tactical and protest votingCorrect......
Disenfranchised Labour voters who didn't want Brown and disenfranchised Conservative voters who didn't want to vote for Cameron and sought for any alternate. Lots of them had probably decided to vote for the Lib Dems before the tv debates simply to punish their respective party's for their failures adequately represent them.Liberals who weren't voting Liberal beforehand
