to me May has got rid of DC who could not negotiate with the EU came back with a blank peice of paper , and now boy George - its May - Corbyn -Dim Tim - Nuttall hard to vote for but the fact i voted out of the EU last summer and Dim Dim Tim is alleged to do a deal with Tony Blair over the EU - it's a hard choice to make!lol
Cameron got rid of himself as he knew he couldn't oversee this car crash.

May is a suit full of nothing who speaks in meaningless sound bites and regurgitates speeches written by aides.

So, let's just get this straight. An unelected PM seeks some sort of mandate from the country at large, because of the magnitude of the issues at hand, but refuses to be interviewed for the job?

You couldn't make it up.

She's only made that decision for the greater good of our proud democracy though mate.

You mean the tv interviews? Come on mate, you can't truly believe they were ever productive. I doubt a single person ever cast their vote based on those daft things. They're just childish lagging matches. Nothing of any substances has ever been said on them.

She's the first prospective PM to refuse a TV debate since Disraeli. Disgrace.

She is totally unaccountable to questions or criticism though, as she fails to respond to them in PMQ's as well. In recent years, love them or hate them, the television debates are an increasingly important way to get your core message across to the public. She should play ball.

Cameron left because he'd been publicly humiliated and threw his toys out of the pram. He originally intended to retire before 2020 anyway so it's odds on he'd of left by 2018 or 2019 to give his successor a run up to the 2020 election. His heart must of broke when he saw how easily he was replaced, the egomaniac thought it would take them months to get a new leader and instead his own party couldn't wait to get rid of him.

She's clearly avoiding them because she has more to lose than the other party leaders and isn't willing to take the risk. Quite cowardly.

While I agree with you over her awful showing's on PMQ's I simply cannot see any good reason for the TV interviews. They're a farce and they've helped lower the quality of debate significantly in recent years. They're must be a better why of getting your message out them more of these God awful X-Factor style car crash TV slagging matches with them simply shouting over each other.

Who do you consider to be 'serious politicians' within the Tory ranks. Barring May, because I think you used that term for her in a previous post.

Too many to mention really. Many of the backbenchers have more gravitas and character than the opposition front bench......

David Cameron did it with Ed Milliband then we had a stage full - May should just take on Corbyn - why should Sturgeon get a stage she is not in the HP not an MP - she should sort the mess out in Scotland !
The other minor parties should butt out just the two potential new PMs debate on tv imo!
