Of course you have the right to change your minds.
My point was that you, your mate, Eggs and I have voted for a party whose leader did what Blair did, and yet you, your mate and Eggs are now saying that because you think Corbyn can't win you won't vote for him. I do not see the logic in that, and TBH the sort of politician that arises as the result of that sort of thinking would probably be a bit terrifying.
I'd be delighted if the Tories were to lose the GE in June, I truly would... I just cannot for the life of me see Labour winning with Corbyn at the helm.
I don't overtly dislike his politics, he just fails utterly to inspire any confidence (for me) whatsoever.
I don't want a potential 20-years of Tory government, but right now, there doesn't appear to be a party to sufficiently challenge them.
Maybe a coalition of the LibDems/Labour/SNP - but who the heck would front that ?
If, as some are suggesting, this GE in effect becomes something of a second referendum over leaving the EU, then there's a possibility of a chink of light at the end of the 'way to defeat the Tories' tunnel.
Right now, I (rather sadly) think the Tories will coast relatively comfortably to a GE victory.
As in the run-up to the EU Referendum, I will watch and read as much as I can of the political debate and hope that a beacon of hope emerges who I can genuinely support.
