Well said. The precious, much-revered 'experienced' players are allowed to make as many errors as they like, while young players and new signings are punished with exclusion. It should be completely the opposite.

It was idiotic but shouts of him never starting for the club again and so on are ridiculous. He's been a huge player for us down the years. Everyone loses their head once in a while. He's never let us down with his temperament before and I'm sure he won't again.
