2025/26 Tim Iroegbunam


I think that basically won us the game because his ability to take the ball, hold off opponents and drive forward meant we could get out and relieve the pressure. Dibling also helped us on that front because his feet were Grealish esq. in the second half. The ball was just sticking to him and Forest players couldn’t get it off him.
Almost every time we were able to escape from deep it was from Tim being able to take the ball on the half turn hold off his man and accelerate out. Especially in the second half.
 


Tim’s coming on leaps and bounds the past month or so in fairness. His positional awareness was always a worry but he suddenly looks so much more composed and is holding his position well. Long may it continue!
