    2025/26 David Moyes

This week is a big week. If he doesn't go this week he's not going anywhere and gets to start next season.

He is also a coach not a manager. We would still need someone above him.

Suppose he is but I'm not sure he'd be the one doing negotiations, I'd hope not anyway. I hope Baines is on it as I think he will be the one to take over in the end. A plan can be in place for the transfer window long before the season finishes. Let Moyes go to the world cup and watch every...

We have a transfer committee now that should be doing the business this summer.

    2025/26 David Moyes

It is not a waste, it is the plan I was told. He gets until next summer as his only goal is not to get us relegated. Too much work needed doing off the pitch to expect instant results on the field. Have you noticed the owners haven't been seen yet. Well that's because they also aren't expecting...

In some areas yes but I think the squad is shockingly short. This summer coming is the 1st for this so called transfer comittee. I'm expecting big movements this summer in and out. Changing manager now would not be a good idea to me. Let him see his year out as is the plan.

As I said earlier we wanted to speak to Emery after he left Arsenal but he said he would rather take a break and wait for something better. I don't personally know of any jobs being available in the summer but there may be a few. It may not look like there are any yet but there isn't even a job...

Ancelotti was off once a better offer came along. That is also the chance you take when hiring above your station.

They can sit around and probably get a top job by Xmas if they want. Some top teams sack managers around europe early on. Who says they want to get straight back in. They aren't signing a 3/4 year deal with us any time soon.

No I think they can get a better job than us.

    2025/26 David Moyes

We just haven't been attractive to any decent manager in recent times. We went for Emery a few years back and he pretended to take a break from the game so he didn't have to speak to us then joined PSG. We can't force decent ones to come. How do we know Moyes isn't the best we can get at the...

Yes not all 3 though. Delap is young but I was replying to a post that said he ONLY signs older players which just isn't true one little bit. KDH is mid 20's as well.

So last summer him signing McGinn, Tete and Delap wouldn't have seen us have a better season? These were his 1st choices. Looks like a decent age range there. It is just not true he only goes for old players.

The new new David Moyes Poll

Moyes showing him what not to do. It's the highest quality mentorship Baines can ever receive.

The new new David Moyes Poll

If he stays next year without an extension then I think it will be Baines to take over. It could work being in his last year.

Match Thread Everton 3-3 Manchester City Monday 4th May 20.00

2 reasons why we didn't win that last night. 1. Allowing the best striker in the world to just waltz through our whole team to score their second whist we are still patting ourselves on the back. We need to be ready at kick off. 2. Illy's decision making was surprisingly shocking for a change...

3 internationals and a rising star. Every team in the league would take any of these. They are prime players.

Not seen Tim retain the ball once. Goal came from him losing it. Got to be subbed now. Game is to big for him.

PMSL at the lids on here making they know more than a manager of over 700 PL games because they've seen players for 90/180 minutes a week or even worse a 15 minute cup cameo. Never change lads.

    2025/26 David Moyes

I'd give him next season, no more. He's a safe manager whilst all the shuffling is going on in the background. When TFG have everything sorted I don't expect to see Moyes anywhere near the club. Think it's pointless replacing him at the moment. We could waste a good replacement by appointing...
