It's a good question. Off the top of my head - Elite PL midfield players include : Rodri Rice Odegaard McAllister Guimares Fernandez Caicedo B. Fernandes I'm sure there are others that I can't recall. I'd put Luiz in the tier below those guys with the likes of Joelinton Pacqueta Wharton...

Yeah I think that's fair. He's not an 'elite' player but he is probably the top level of player that we could reasonably attract at this point in time At his best he would massively benefit our midfield and instantly be our best midfielder.
