2025/26 David Moyes

That conference european trophy level was absolutely muck let's not kid ourselves and similar to how easy Villa had it winning the Europa. Now you don't have the 'champions' league drop outs and with that competition being ridiculously bloated the 2 other European competitions have no quality in them at all now
I wouldn't careless would they did or didn't have in them it's a European cup competition and palace, spurs and Villa have won it.

We lose the league cup to rubbish EFL sides every year so I don't see why we would turn our nose up on this cup we could realistically win

Yet I think somehow if we got ourselves into the competition we still wouldn't win it. Realistically we aren't getting Champions League football. There's too much quality for us to get past in the league.

If we start of crap mate he will get sacked
This would be the worst possible outcome - the choice of replacements will be much smaller mid-season.

Honestly, you’d hope we’d get another dull season of mid-table mediocrity at worst.

But retaining Tarks/Keane does make me just a little bit concerned that the wheels could come right off.

Was the game v Spurs rigged?

here is a theory, Moyes wanted West Ham to go down 2 reasons
1 the way he got to leave them their fans couldn't wait for him to go
2 he now has the pick of their players

Going back to the spurs game, why did he start Barry, knowing he will offer nothing going forward?
this gave Spurs the chance to play further up the pitch
2 why did he take to the 83rd minute to bring Beto on, he never leaves subs that late?
3 The opening minute of the game we got a corner, James Garner has been taking good corners all season, a chance to put them right under pressure, no he passes backwards to KDH and it comes to nothing.
4 we had no shots all game until George in the 88th minute, this against a team fighting for their lives.

if it was not rigged and that was a genuine performance, then Moyes needs booting into touch

Look how we finished the season with those two, it ain’t just the wheels that came off, the whole frigging chassis went.

It was as bad as the Sunderland performance the week before, so I'd say it was a genuine attempt in Moyes mind to win a game

Check the Championship table next year mate. ;)

Whats the correlation between Moyes 2nd half of his final season at West Ham shipping 3, 4, 5 and 6 goals rather frequently after blowing £400mil+

And...

West Hams inability to replace him with a new manager?

Oh and remember Moyes wasnt sacked. They simply removed his overlord levels of power on transfers due to the massive losses they were incurring under him.

It would make my summer to see Davy boy alongside his mates Pardew , Allardyce and Pardew on the Uber Eats Ad ......you've definitely "Done enough" David - time to join your fellow dinosaurs and retire gracefully

He will be out in the States with Pardew working at Talksport for the World Cup. British Rapper AJ Tracey as well.

We’re basically left hoping that there are no injuries that mean they have to play together again.

Would competent professionals even leave that door open?
Not sure we understand what “competent” means as a football club, when we actually gave Michael Keane a pay rise AND extend his contract!

Moyes could also have moved JOB to his proper position and played a proper right back that we have on the books, but that wasn’t really tried either.

Yeah had to laugh at this. Inflation something something..

Hope he looks after his agent well.
