Defensively he is elite and offensively he is only OK, which is due to his final ball. His dribbling and running is actually good.

This season was not his best season as West Ham were a mess and were under lots of pressure. Potter made them a mess defensively.

But last season he led all Premier League defenders with 66 interceptions and 64 successful dribbles, scored 2 goals and made 5 assists in 36 starts.

I wanted to say this about him, but didn't for fear of someone asking me to prove it with stats or videos (which would make me die a little inside) so I chickened out.

If we think tactically, we can have an asymmetric attack. On the right if we keep N’Diaye his task will be to drive at the left back and AWB will support as necessary and provide security. If we get an overlapping full back on the left to play with Grealish we offer a different kind of threat down that side, kind of like when Pienaar and Baines operated on the left.

Not sure myself. He tries to get forward more than Myko does I'll give him that but in terms of ability, dont think there's much difference between the two.
