Theory: With Roma wanting to offload Ferguson, surely its worth taking a chance on him. He's better than Beto. Agree a deal to take over his loan and sell Beto. Re-invest that money in a fullback. Buy a striker (possibly Ferguson, if it goes well) in the summer.

Interesting that Everton now lease the extra strip of land from UU. You'd think that in time, if the club wanted to bring the north stand up to the height of the other three, it's more likely because of that. UU are probably more likely to sell as they don't need it themselves.

The central docks site is ideal for residential development. There's enough of a buffer between this site and BMD to prevent complains from residents about a stadium that was there beforehand. This area needs life and residential communities to regenerate it. Football clubs are better to be...

Why would anyone want to get rid of McNeill. He's a very good player and an ideal squad member. If we got rid of him we'd have to replace him.

On ticket pricing, I bought two of the Premium tickets above the away fans for the Leeds game in January for 185 each. I just wanted to get them secured as I'll be booking flights, hotels etc. They are now selling for 120. 😒

It's Everton's intention, but only if the laws allow it. I get the feeling there isn't much pressure coming from anywhere to change it.

As has been said before, the railings on the south lower need to be painted blue so they don't stand out as much. As with Spurs safe standing, it seems to look more sparse when people are standing v sitting. It would be great if they allowed a higher ratio of people in the safe standing area...

Take advantage of the Bissouma situation at Spurs and go for a season-long loan? Not sure Moyes would be a big fan of his personality/character, but he's an excellent player.
