Just coming out that Joseph Yobo's younger brother has been kidnapped in Nigeria. Wasn't there just a case in South America like this a couple of months back as well?

robinho's mother was kidnapped, and also the mother of luis fabiano, there were 3 in 4 months in south america, all the players were based in south america at the time which they suspect was the reason they were chosen so as to make paying a ransom easier.

Happens in many countries unfortunately. Footballer's families are at risk. Kakha Kaladze's brother was kidnapped in 2001 and a ransom was demanded. His body was found five years later.
