Would you see Rodwell go for 30m?

He has so much potential, so we shouldnt sell. If he is loyal then keep him, if he wants to do a Rooney/Lescott then let him go.

One thing i would want, is £30 million (or more) but with similar clauses to Rooneys contract, because we are still getting payed from that from winning the league etc...

Love Rodwell here. That said, I'd sell any of our players for 30M.

With Rodwell, I'd tell whoever bought him:

- 30M up front
- 2M for Champions League qualification
- 2M for Champions League win
- 2M after his 10th England cap
- 15% sell on clause

Meet all of this and we're great. If not, go jump in a lake.

We wouldn't be able to make demands like that with Rodwell. For a start he's not good enough to bring a bid of that magnitude in, and anyone who thinks otherwise is rather foolish. Second of all, in our current financial state, if Rodwell wanted to go, we'd have to sell him. If a club offered £20m, the negotiation process would be over in half hour, because they wouldn't go any higher, and we haven't got the means to hang on to an unhappy £20m player purely out of spite.

If Rodwell goes, i'd be very surprised if we get any more than an already inflated £20m.

I wouldn't sell unless we have replacements with the money already lined up before we accept the transfer.

Everyone knows Everton are skint prices for players Everton go in for are going to be at a reasonable rate because we geniunely cannot afford anything other then that. You sell a top player for big money and suddenly everyones prices to us become double what they're worth it would be like trying to bring in transfers in the January window.

So unless there are irons in the fire and fees agreed before Rodwell moves I wouldn't take it.

Its my belief that Fellaini and Rodwell are at their peak market value now, it would make sense to sell them both, providing the money went to the manager in the summer.

I wouldn't sell him for less than 30m straight cash all money up front none of the rooney type deal were i still think we were screwed over! I'd also put a 20% sell on clause!

Christ you would be a hard man to do a deal with, all the add ons will you go on hols with him:) Utd will take him this year top wack 18 mill. we have no option but to sell:(

Every player has his price...unfortunatly...we need the money..hate to see him leave , but in our financial state our arm may be forced...

How many members of GOT? ..each dib in a tenner... may make a few bob....there again maybe not

Would rather sell Fellaini to be honest. Rodwell will be better I believe, he is one of the players we should build our entire team around.

I hate the thought of selling fellaini he is going to be one of the best midfielders in world football in 2 or 3 years, but we are a selling club now so i guess he will end up going just hope we get top dollar so it can go straight into the fat mincers bank account.

So the pair of them for 50 mil then? How's that sound?

I'd think they'd definetely be replacable with that sum, but likely we'd use 30 to pay off debt. But then again, roaming around the bargain bin with 20 mil is a lot better than what we've been able to do in a couple of windows..

I'd rather have rodders and screech and add into that mix arteta and barkley what a midfield to build the team round.

I think we'd struggle for £50m. £40m might be closer to the money for the pair of them, if we can find buyers, that is. Rodwell will attract interest, whether its £20m i'm not sure. If that £40m went to the manager, then great, they are very replaceable, providing we buy well. I don't think either is worth that sum, but if thats the going rate at the moment you won't find me arguing.

As much as i like and value Rodwell i cant see us getting anymore than 25million the way he playing, but he has potential to be world class. Also i think clubs will think they can get him cheaper due to out financial state. :(

For £30 million yes.

We could buy a CB, a right winger and a striker.

Realistically I would be dissapointed to see him go for less than £20 million.
