I think Silva knows we're getting dry bummed tomorrow, and it'll be the perfect excuse for him to drop our gang of has-beens as soon as he feels some of our new guys are ready. I fully expect Baines, Jagielka and Keane to start tomorrow, probably Schneiderlin too, but neither of them to be starting games from September. Nightmare if that headless chicken Sandro is on the field, as he is completely useless. Thankfully we'll see Pickford, Coleman, Gueye, Sigurdsson, Richarlison and Tosun, so fingers crossed the players around them can do enough to dig out a draw.

I think this is the team tomorrow:

Pickford
Coleman-Jagielka-Keane-Baines
Gueye-Schneiderlin
Walcott-Sigurdsson-Richarlison
Tosun
There's really not much else he can pick from. If Walcott isn't fully fit we don't even have anybody to play wide right. Even scraping the barrel and saying Bolasie is out of the question as he's played nothing in pre-season. Maybe Lookman could be an option on the left and Richarlison on the right? Who knows. But we really, really need our new guys fit and in the side asap.

Think we get murdered here with a Jagielka/Keane combo at the back, protected by the mighty Schneiderlin.

Got to hope for the best and that Richarlison turns up and destroys them almost single-handedly, but I'm thinking 3-1 Wolves.

I'm detecting a wee bit of negativity, sourced of the Capt Jags/Snail Keane CB pairing. There's quite a few picking a loss on here and whilst I cannot disagree with those prognostications, I feel that if Capt and Snail do indeed both start, we will concede a lot more goals than what is being generally predicted. I'm thinking a scoreline of at least 4 goals to Wolves, to (at most) 4 goals for us.
So then, navigating these extremes, what is the most likely outcome? In my opinion, 6-2 to Wolves... because I feel Capt Jags and Snail Keane are useless.

Loads and loads of pace
McNulty has got Wolves (7th) finishing ahead of us (8th) in his season predictions. Would be good to get 3 points at their home to knock that one down a bit. Going to be close though.

My prediction is the players who gained promotion with both Fulham and Wolves are a bit put off by all the signings who´ve come in on higher wages. At least one of those clubs are heading for car crash of a season imho. Hopefully Wolves, at least Fulham has nice little ground.

Be astonished if we win this. If we had played them a few weeks in sure as we'd have a stronger team. We will have a weak defence playing against a group that are flying. Hate playing newly promoted teams away in the first couple of weeks.
