This would of already been knowledge surely if we were approaching him?
This would of been banded across to teams around europe a while ago and not just come out randomly?
My hope is, we have spoke to Willy C and discussed the possibility of him leaving his contract on a free and we have pre sorted signing him (very hopeful, i know)

Plenty have come available to only join big clubs for massige signing on fee's and wages even if they don't play and left on the bench. Clubs in Spain and Italy tend to reap the rewards of these deals in particular.

No, there was a buyout clause from his loan which we had to pay even though his contract was up. I think we gave them a million or so for him.

Im normally a glass half full type, but so far the lack of action, combned with Brands talks of assessing the squad, promoting the youth and Moshiri not spending like last summer all scream of we only will spend once we sell the deadwood which isnt ideal.

Im not buying that Silva/Brands dont know atleast 1 position in the starting 11 that needs strengthening.
